As a member of the IT Team, the Systems Administrator III is responsible for supporting the configuration, installation, maintenance and ongoing support of our IT infrastructure. The Systems Administrator III will work collaboratively with other team members and leadership to provide systems and application support.  Typical responsibilities include installation and configuration of operating systems and software, availability and performance monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, developing documentation, and project planning. The Systems Administrator III will also provide support for related incidents or outages, conduct root cause analysis and document solution within defined service levels; provide after hours or on call support as assigned or requested. 

To be successful in the role you must be resourceful, focused, and responsible. Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills will be critical to your success. Analytical thinking and a passion for technology that drives you to use downtime to learn independently are required prerequisites. You should find satisfaction in teaching and executing, as this role will require you to be a mentor as well as a Systems Administrator. Be prepared to show proven experience successfully implementing complex technologies.

Mastery in Microsoft Azure and virtualization technologies along with Cisco networking experience are a requirement. We rely heavily on Office 365, SQL Clustering (including AAGs), Active Directory, RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, IIS and ASP.NET, so experience in these areas are a plus. A Systems Administrator III is expected to have current working knowledge of monitoring (alerting) tools, SANs, and backup Software. Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) and/or five years of relevant experience.
  • Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), etc. are a plus.
