Job Description

Under general direction, assists in performing specific tasks and coordinating activities pertaining to the Quality Reporting Program (QRP).  The activities include, but are not limited to, providing assistance and educating to providers regarding the CMS QRP requirements via the QR help line, live chat and question & answer tool, developing training materials, review and update web site content, technical assistance, presentations, deliverables, meeting agendas and minutes, and other tasks as assigned. Project deadlines may necessitate occasional extended work hours.



  • Provides support to the Program’s Subject Matter Experts in developing tools, educational presentations, web-site content review and research.


  • Assists with Technical Assistance inquiries and responses.


  • Assists with development of educational tools and material for the provider community.


  • Assists in developing written reports and deliverable documents.


  • Identifies opportunities to improve project processes and suggest improvements.


  • Participates in stakeholder and team meetings, and produce agendas and minutes as needed.


  • Assist in identification of educational needs of the provider community.


  • Assists with providing coverage for the QRP help line, on-line live chat features and question & answer tool to assist customers with requisitions related to the QRP requirements. 
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • College degree in business, healthcare, or other related field, preferred.




  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Minimum of one-year project coordination experience or quality reporting experience.


  • Proficient at an intermediate level with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
